I feel your pain on this one. The first DECENT drop I have gotten was a perfect smiting staff with 10/10 universal mods and now those mods are useless -_- I'm trying desperately not to be to ticked off about this, but I am keeping a dim hope that they will upgrade those as well ;_; (but I wont hold my breath as it seems highly improbable as well as more complicated than it's worth).

As for all the other glitches I could care less, they are GLITCHES it WILL get better!

My Vokur's staff, which lost its head and wrapping, has the following recast-recharge.

Halves casting time of Illusion Magic Spells (20%)
Halves recharge of spells (20%)

So it looks like it didn't quite get the full update...though it did get the glitch.

Also, Byzzr's Benediction lost it's color, it used to be dyed green, now its the normal blue color.

Keep up the good work Anet, I have a large tear and sigh about the death of the 55, but, I'll live on.

mine is 10% HCT and 20% HSR for all spells, No +5 energy or +30 health

OH yea, Gihal and Milthuran's lost their color. And I think Kaolin's Accursed got a bit lighter.

You got the update. It says Halves recharge of spells (20%) instead of Halves recharge of Illusion spells (20%)

I have two identical green staves. One is missing the energy and health mod while the other is not. Appears to be a random bug. Do not despair about it people. I am positive that anet will fix this soon

This isn't a staff but my Blood scar pattern does not have the +1 energy update that my Curse and Death scar pattern has.

from all the nerfs, this is the most worse one. i cant believe anet is doing this. i also dont know what they wanna reach by doing this.
I did not try it, but can you mod these greens now?

I have two Illyana's Staffs, both kept their bonus mods but their HSR all spells has been bumped up to 20% from 10%. I thought that change was only to affect staffs with attribute specific HSR.

Has ANet done away with HSR all spells 10% permanently?

Is it fixed now? I logged into my monk and his Kephet is still with the +5 Energy and +20% enchant thing. And it also got the spell recharge improvement too.

However, my green Wayward Wand still have 20% recharge to only HEALING Prayer, for some reasons.

Ahh seems the edit button is not working for me. All of my greens staves(over a dozen) except 1 Illyanas staff are just fine. While my guildmate has a few dozen green staves and most are missing the prefix and suffix mods.

well, my staffs also mods gone, more mad about the fact that my rare skinned 20/20 staffs are now worthless.. just plain merchant fodder, will golds get updated???
